How to permanently delete your Tessera account and all associated data.

Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Tessera app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type delete my account to confirm, then confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Don't have access to the app?

If you can't sign in, email support@authorityindexlabs.com from the email address on your Tessera account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, across every system that stores it:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Everything Tessera has learned about you — your memories and profile
• Your conversations
• Your saved Library items and any uploaded files

Deletion is complete and irreversible — there is no separate "data only" step to take, because deleting your account deletes your data with it. Routine encrypted backups are purged on our regular backup rotation (within 30 days). We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself where required for legal or security purposes.
